What are the must-see places?

The Cotignac rock towers over the village at a height of 80 meters. This mass resembles a colossal wall sculpted by water, which has shaped stalactites and carved out tunnels. Two 12th-century Saracen towers crown the summit.

The troglodyte caves were used as refuges during the barbarian invasions. These dwellings carved into the cliff face offer a unique glimpse into the past.

The Cours Gambetta is the heart of the village. This long square, adorned with a fountain, is surrounded by cafés and restaurants with tables on the terraces.

On the south side, note the wash house and the Quatre-Saisons fountain, one of the village's emblems. Surprisingly, this fountain comes from the Dominican convent in Aix-en-Provence!

The Notre-Dame de Grâces sanctuary stands on the heights. This sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin Mary is one of the most visited places in the department. Louis XIV made a pilgrimage there with Anne of Austria.

The Cassole waterfall cools the village in summer. The water cascades down the cliff in a preserved natural setting.

The narrow streets of the historic center reveal houses from the 16th and 17th centuries with their wrought iron decorations. Numerous fountains provide cool refreshment.
