CAMPSITES IN GRAU-DU-ROI
Le Grau-du-Roi is a well-situated commune in the Camargue and perfect for camping. One of our favorites is the "L'abri de Camargue" campsite, located in this pretty commune. It's a family-run campsite close to the center of Grau du Roi and the beach, and it's easy to get around by bike - a dream vacation guaranteed!

WHERE TO GO WILD CAMPING IN THE CAMARGUE?
It's becoming increasingly difficult to go wild camping in the Parc Naturel Régional de Camargue. Piémanson beach in Salin de Giraud is one of the last places we know of where you can go wild camping. Be sure to check the local legislation before going wild camping in the Camargue, to avoid disappointment.
THE CAMARGUE: AN EXCEPTIONAL NATURAL SETTING FOR CAMPING ENTHUSIASTS
If you're camping in the Camargue, you can hop on your bike and set off to explore the salt marshes, in search of the famous pink flamingos that come by the thousands to enjoy the waters of the Mediterranean Sea in the Camargue. You'll have a wonderful time in the open air, in contact with an authentic nature shaped by centuries-old human traditions (rice cultivation, salt marshes...).
